3 – Avoid industrialized products
In the rush of day-to-day, sometimes we opt for the quickest way to eat something. But if you are trying to lose weight, the best thing to do is to prioritize fresh foods. They are the foods that don’t come in cans, without labels and that are usually found at fairs.
4 – Eat anti-inflammatory ingredients
As we saw with foods to be avoided, inflammation results in weight gain. So there’s nothing more logical than eating anti-inflammatory ingredients for faster weight loss. Some examples of anti-inflammatory ingredients are spices, turmeric, chili pepper, antioxidant foods.
5 – Replace bread with roots
Many people eat a bread, which has gluten, with turkey breast, which is an industrialized food. So, the chef gives the tip to eat roots instead, such as yam, yam and manioc, and use olive oil or tahini as a side dish, in place of butter.
6 – Drink liquids during the day
